Garment Printing
We know how important garment personalisation is to our customers, so we now offer free printing on the back of all our High Visibility Jackets (no matter how many you require). The print is black with a basic font. If you do require a specific logo on the garments e-mail us, where for an additional charge, we would be happy to help. NOTE: We regrettably cannot refund or replace any garments which have been printed.

Payment Methods
Customers can now pay by Credit Card or by Cheque. All Credit Card transactions are dealt with by our secure and confidential ordering system. Customers wishing to pay by cheque now simply have to tick 'By Cheque' in our checkout area and the order will be shipped as soon as the payment has been received by us. If you have any queries regarding payments e-mail us and we will be happy to help. VAT invoices are posted to all customers as your order is sent.

Shipping
All orders placed with Safetybay will be shipped within 2-4 working days from receipt of payment from our warehouse in Dublin. For shipping rates click here.

Returns
If any of the items ordered from Safetybay do not meet with your satisfaction, please return them unworn and undamaged within 7 days of receipt and we will refund you the cost of the goods and postage or send you an alternative of your choice.

Please ensure that any returned goods are adequately insured as we cannot accept liability for any goods posted by customers which are lost or damaged in transit.
